Palawan’s First Annual Barista Competition Awards is taking place at

The Barista competition that recognizes superior quality Coffees made by the best Baristas in Palawan. Many businesses will see an increase in sales and website traffic once their Cafe/Restaurant & Bar carries the seal of Palawan’s First Annual Barista Competition Awards 2023. Consumers will get to know your product, from our competition, that we only award the best. Our categories are focused, and we believe our rigorous standards to be the best in the Industry.
Cost is 500 pesos to enter the competition
Monday March 1st is the FINAL DEADLINE for Palawan’s First Annual Barista Competition Awards. You can enter online and send it after, but the electronic entry form must be received by day’s end March 1st, 2023.

Coffes
Black Coffee
Black coffee is simply coffee with nothing added – no cream, no milk, no sweetener.
Espresso
Espresso is thicker and more intense than coffee because of the lower grounds to water ratio, the finer grind, and the pressurized brewing method.
Latte
A latte or caffè latte is a milk coffee that is a made up of one or two shots of espresso, steamed milk and a final, thin layer of frothed milk on top.
Cappuccino
A traditional cappuccino has an even distribution of espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. A latte has more steamed milk and a light layer of foam. A cappuccino is distinctly layered

What is mocha coffee? Although a mocha is often interpreted differently across the world, the basis is that a shot of espresso is combined with a chocolate powder or syrup, followed by milk or cream. It is a variant of a latte, in the sense that it is often 1/3 espresso and 2/3 steamed milk.
