This usually occurs for one of the following reasons:
- We don’t accept the card you are using
- Your card doesn’t allow you to transfer to an international account
- Your card has been blocked because it has reached its payment limit
- There has been a technical error
Firstly, we advise you to call your bank to ask them if any of the issues above have occurred. If your bank tells you that your card has not been blocked, you can transfer to international accounts and does not have a set limit, call EBS Care. We will do our best to deal with the payment issue.
We cannot confirm your booking until we receive your payment, this is applicable if you have paid in instalments or paid in full when booking. Your booking will remain unconfirmed until we receive the payment, please pay promptly to secure your booking. If you have paid by bank transfer, it can take up to 10 working days, (depending on your bank) for us to receive the payment, and consequently confirm your booking. If you have paid by card, check your student account to see that the transaction has been successful, if so, your booking will be confirmed shortly. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact IHAP Care!
Even if you pay in full by card it can take up to 3 working days to reach us. Once we have received your payment we will change the status of your booking to “confirmed” in your student account. We will contact you if we require any additional information.
You can pay your instalments by bank transfer or by card within your student account.
The instalment dates will be automatically created for you at the time of your booking. If you are late paying an instalment we will email you. It’s vital that you pay promptly as your booking may be cancelled and cancellation charges may apply.
