Most of our guests take our recommendation and are met at Puerto Princesa airport or their hotel by our regular and trusted driver who can take them either in a 7 or 12 seater van.
We recommend booking early flights to Palawan, and late flights back to Manila. This allows our guests to add the side trip to visit the famous Underground River either on the way to, or from Port Barton.
Villa Marguerita is a 3 bedroom private beachfront home available to take up to 8 guests. We do not rent individual rooms and we do not accept walk in guests looking for meals and drinks. The house, property and amenities are rented as a whole.

As there is no restaurant on the island, it is important to bring your own food. You can buy it in Port Barton before hiring a boat to come to the island, for example at Bernadette’s shop ‘Bamboo House’. A gas stove is used for cooking.
It is recommendable to reach Barton not later than early afternoon, so you can do your shopping, come to the island and be introduced to the place during daylight.
To reach the island you need to take a a boat from Barton to Capsalay,(approximately half an hour drive).
